Description

THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. �THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY.� This is a notice of intent to award a sole source award by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to: OKKS Studios, Inc/ Delta Engineering 8401 Connecticut Avenue Chevy Chase Maryland 20815-5803 for Post Construction Award Service (PCAS). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541310, Architectural Services, and the size standard is 8 million dollars. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is procuring Services to perform Post Construction Award Services (PCAS) for the renovation project of building 304 Office. The design and construction documents were prepared by OKKS Studios Inc/Delta Engineering under contract 1333ND19PNB190689. Continuing as the designer of record, OKKS Studios, Inc shall provide all the necessary services (field and in-office) to assist the Government with the administration of the Construction Contract. A determination to compete this procurement based on a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. �Interested parties who believe they possess the capability to satisfy this requirement should submit documentation that clearly demonstrates their ability to provide services needed by the NIST.� Responses to this notice shall be received no later than July 18, 2020 at noon Eastern. �All responses must be in writing and are to be sent via email to abdul-kudus.yahaya@nist.gov.� Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for competitive proposals, quotes or bids.� No solicitation document is available NOR is intended to BE ISSUED.
