Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD, has awarded a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee Task Order with Lockheed Martin Corporation, Mission Systems and Training (LM MST) 9500 Godwin Drive, Manassas, VA, 20110-4157, on a sole source basis under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-15-G-0010 for Acoustic Subsystem Engineering Services, Hardware and Repair.� This Order was awarded to LM MST in the amount of $687,000 with an overall value of $10,929,584 including options. This acquisition was conducted on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, ""Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."" A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. This effort is covered under the Class Justification and Approval (CJ&A) number 14-24155, 05 October 2014, attached.
