- Notice of Intent Sole Source - Interactive Advocacy LLC. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award to Interactive Advocacy LLC., Address: 5386 Roberta Crossing Drive Concord NC 29027 .� This procurement is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13. The purpose of the acquisition is to purchase a obtain one of a kind� Interactive Toolkit that will�include�Contractor-provided program management and analytical support services for the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Deputy Commandant for Mission Support (DCMS), and Assistant Commandant for Human Resources (CG-1), Office of Work-Life (CG-111), Sexual Assault Prevention, Response, and Recovery (SAPRR) Program Office (CG-1111). ��The overall management of human resources falls within the responsibility of DCMS. Implementation and policy administration is accomplished in CG-1. CG-1 works directly with end-users to identify mission needs and requirements for human resources need and capabilities and coordinates with several stakeholder groups to deliver these capabilities in the most efficient manner possible. Embedded within the human resource responsibility is the workplace environment. The Coast Guard's Work-Life Program is managed by the Office of Work-Life, a Headquarters program manager staff within the Health, Safety and Work-Life Directorate (CG-11), reporting to the Assistant Commandant for Human Resources.� The Office of Work-Life staff is responsible for establishing, developing and promulgating work-life policy and interpreting program standards for Coast Guard-wide implementation. The Office of Work-Life manages two divisions comprised of 16 support programs.� CG-111 provides oversight of all SAPRR Program functions that directly affects the working environment and ultimately the readiness of the Coast Guard. This action is being taken in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� The Government does not intend to pay for information provided in response to this notice. This notice serves as both a synopsis of the requirement and public notice of the USCG's intent to sole source. Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement.� All responses shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist, Joseph Perkins via email to joseph.g.perkins2@uscg.mil by 4 pm EST on July 10, 2020 reference no. 70Z02320QPZT00600.� As a result of this notice, a separate award notice or further public notices shall not be made. This notice constitutes all of the USCG's public notice requirements.
