- 6 Jul 20 - CSO Amendment 1 posted.� This amendment adds clarification� to the definition of ""innovative"" and provides further detail on all information required to be submitted in Step 1 - White Papers.� All information requested must be submitted.� All edits are highlighted.� The due date for Step 1 - White Papers is extended to 9 Jul 20 at 10:00 AM CST. 1 Jul 20 - Questions and Answers posted. 1 Jul 20 - NOTE - All participants must outline in Step 1 White Papers how the solution meets the definition of ""innovative"" as�defined in the CSO.� This Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO)�issued in accordance with DFARS Class Deviation 2018-O0016 � Defense Commercial Solutions Opening Pilot Program, is a competitive solicitation of proposals focused on technologies to meet�the Air Force Civil Engineer Center's (AFCEC)�mission. �AFCEC seeks the best approaches to meet the technology objective within the capability area listed in the CSO. The Air Force seeks to understand and potentially procure various innovative approaches to: X-ray or other technologies (including new imager and source technologies) that enable visualizing internal components � provide new process or method to manipulate, stitch, and interface images yielding a clear internal visualization enabling the development of a precise render safe procedure as required � provide new process or packaging method that supports both wired and wireless configurations that can be employed with minimal component/weight to support fly-away missions and robust base support responses This is a CLOSED Two-Step CSO.� Step 1 - White Papers are due no later than�July 7, 2020�at 10:00 AM CST.� All questions concerning this CSO are due in writing via e-mail to�both Government Points of Contact�on this announcement no later than�June 26, 2020�at 10:00 AM CST. This CSO is Full and Open.
