Description

Solicitation W911SA-20-Q-3082 will be issued on or about 14 June 2020 and can be accessed at www.beta.sam.gov. This requirement is for Post Housing HVAC Duct Cleaning Services at Fort McCoy, WI. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP). �Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract and the period of performance is 30 June 2020 (or subsequent date) to 31 December with four (4) one year option periods with a period of performance of 1January to 31 December. �As previously stated, no Site visit will be held for this requirement. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.beta.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. � The purpose of Amendment one (1) is to make administrative correction to the PWS and the solicitation; to change the question and quote� due dates; and to change the amount of the Minimum Quantity Guarantee. ����� -Questions will be due 28�May 2020 @ 9:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST). ����� -Quotes will be due� 5 June�2020 @ 9:00 AM CST ����� -Minimum Quantity Guarantee for this requirement is now $5,000.00. All other solicitation information remains unchanged. Offer must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended by completing Items eight (8) and 15 and returning one (1) copy of the amendment to email: shannon.a.baker2.civ@mail.mil. The purpose of amendment two (2) is to respond to vendor questions.�All other solicitation information remains unchanged.
