- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a full and open competition, with no set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 334519. The small business size standard is 500 employees. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services and products: This order is to purchase the following Belfort�Products, brand name or equal. four (4) All Environment Precipitation Weighing Gauges three (3) 8 foot Diameter Alter Shields one (1) Precipitation Gauge Calibration Kit See the attached�Statement of Need�for all technical specifications and requirements. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNOPSIS WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. PLEASE NOTE, ALL BIDS MUST INCLUDE THE 52.204-24 COMPLETED PROVISION WITH THEIR QUOTE. AT A MINIMUM, ALL QUOTES SHOULD INCLUDE CONTACT INFORMATION AND DUNS NUMBER.
