- AMENDMENT-0001, Solicitation RFQ 36C78620Q0267 Ft Lyon Refurbish Irrigation Well Contractor Questions & GOV Responses 1. Can you confirm the due date for the quote? SF1442 has no date. Sam Gov has a date of July 6th at 10:00AM MDT?  1. GOV Response: Quotes are due July 13th at 10:00AM MT. 2. a. Can CPARS be submitted be included in the quote and if so, b. does it affect the page count? 2. GOV Response: a. Yes . b. No . 3. Can Previous Completed PPQ s be included in the quote submission? 3. GOV Response: Complete and use the solicitation attachment-4 for PPQs. 4. If CPARS and Previous PPQ s are acceptable will they count towards the page count? 4. GOV Response: Complete and use the solicitation attachment-4 for PPQs as part of the quote package. 5. Will the Subcontractors Social Economic Status forms be included in page count? 5. GOV Response: No. 6. Are the, cover Letters, tab dividers included in the page count? 6. GOV Response: No, cover letter does not count and no need for tab dividers. 7.   a. Where would you like the bid bond in the electronic quote and b. does it affect the page count? 7. GOV Response: a. Digital copy of bid bond is acceptable and include it in the technical VOL-1 . b. No 8.  Is the project schedule included in the page count? 8. GOV Response: No . 9. Page 9 of the solicitation states how long we need to hold our pricing for. 1st paragraph states 100 days the 4th paragraph states 120 days. Please clarify? 9. GOV Response: 120 day due to COVID-19. 10. Please confirm that the questions are due by 6/18/2020. Page 7 states that questions are due by email to jerry by 10:00ammt two (2) days after the scheduled site visit, but site visits are arranged. 10. GOV Response: Self-guided site visits only, so questions are due as noted, 6-18-2020 . Contractors can access the pump shelter without Cemetery escort using the combination 5823. 11. What is the size of the hole in the skid where the pumps go? If it is not 36 inches then the whole skid must be removed to brush the well. To do this,  will the roof come off, the skid come out the door? Can you check and give me some clarification on this?  11. GOV Response: The is only a viewing port hatch in the existing pump skid (see picture below). The SOW has been revised to require the Contractor to cut a new access hatch in the existing steel deck of the pump skid. 12. Can threaded pipe be used instead of flange pipe? 12. GOV Response: Threaded pipe is acceptable. 13. Due to late RFI questions, the quote due date is extended from 7-6-20 to 7-13-20 via the eCMS Portal as outlined in the solicitation instructions. 14. The Q&A period has ended, no other RFI s.
