Description

General: The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and materials to repair damaged brick, provide and install remaining fascia, sub-fascia, gutter and soffit to match adjacent installed system in Building 35, and provide and install attic insulation in Building 36 as required by drawings and specifications at Hampton, VA Veterans Affair Center. All brick repair work shall be completed in accordance with the NPS Preservation Briefs and by a qualified historic masonry repair and cleaning specialist.
