The awarded amount was $247,964.00. What is the contract numbers? GSA Contract# GS-21F-0139X-36C26220F0299. What is the period of performance on these contracts? The performance periods are for one (1) year; Base plus four (4) Option Years beginning on 7/20/2020. Please review the Performance Work Statement on page 8 of the solicitation. Can you please provide the name of the current vendor that's providing the grounds maintenance services? ValleyScapes What was the value of the last option year of the contract and the full term of the contract? Please see question 2 for value. Full Term of previous contract is 4 months. Can you please provide the solicitation number to the previous contract? There was no solicitation for the previous contract. Where is the pressure washer stored? The pressure washer is stored in the landscape garage or adjacent. What are the responsibilities regarding power spraying? Please review section 4.8.2 of the performance work statement. Are there any noise restrictions at Building 99? Normal Landscape maintenance noises are acceptable. i.e. mowers and blowers. What time can we use our gas blowers, mowers, and weed whippers? Blowers are best used early in the performance work schedule for parking lots, while they are empty. For all other areas it is suggested to use blowers early whenever possible. How many irrigation controllers are there on site? There are approximately 25 controllers with 24 sta. capacity. How many stations per controller? See previous question. Is the entire property irrigated automatically or is manual watering required? Most of the property is irrigated where turf is maintained. Is re-seeding for turf included in the monthly contract? Please review the Scope of the solicitation in section 3. Are you expecting us to trim 500 individual trees in 5 years? Please review section 4.4 of the performance work statement. Approximately how many trash cans? There are approximately 50-60 trash cans. What is expected for the decorative fountain cleaning? Fountain care shall include the removal of debris, leaves, bugs, dirt and build-up on the surfaces.
