- The Internal Revenue Service, Small Business & Reporting Team, will be hosting a VIRTUAL Program Manager/Contracting Officer (PM/CO) Vendor Outreach Session (VOS) on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm. This event is open only to SMALL BUSINESS PRIME CONTRACT HOLDERS OF GOVERNMENT WIDE ACQUISITION CONTRACTS providing INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ONLY, such as 8(a) STARS, GSA Schedule 70, NASA SEWP, NITAAC CIO-SP3 Small Business, etc.� The VOS's are pre-arranged 15-minute appointments with Contracting Officers and Program Managers, jointly, from Information Technology components within the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. ��These sessions provide the small business community an opportunity to discuss their capabilities directly with Program Offices and Contracting Officers. There is no cost to participate. Small Business Event � BEP-IT Vendor Outreach Session For each appointment, vendors will have 15 minutes to present an overview of their company capabilities. That 15 minutes should allow for the presentation, and Q&A with the government representatives.� Vendors will be given a 2-minute notice as you approach the 15-minute time limit, then a final notification that the appointment time is over. We recommend vendors join the meeting at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Registration opens on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 and closes on Friday, July 13, 2020. To schedule an appointment, please follow the instructions below (NOTE: �APPOINTMENTS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED VIA THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW. PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AS APPOINTMENTS FILL UP QUICKLY. �APPOINTMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY EMAIL OR PHONE,AND WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED BEGINNING AT THE DATE/TIME INDICATED. EMAILS REQUESTING A VOS APPOINTMENT WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED: 1. Go to https://sbecs.treas.gov and register your firm to do business with the Department of the Treasury (if you have not already done so). Please read ""New to SB-eCS?"" before you begin. 2. After registering your firm, log into SB-eCS using your login and password and select ""Schedule Vendor Outreach Sessions."" 3. Select the upcoming BEP-IT VOS � Virtual then select 1 desired appointment time. If you encounter any problems, please send an email to Melissa.Jenkins@treasury.gov. SPECIAL NOTE:� Once all appointments are confirmed, you will receive a meeting invite from the IRS with the WebEx Join the Meeting link and instructions regarding the WebEx application.� The meeting invite will include the Agenda with the appointment listings, and information on where to send your PowerPoint presentations, which will be due by no later than Friday, July 17, 2020.
