- Optimizing the Human Weapons System Category: Q�Medical Services �Potential Sources Sought Date Published: June 30, 2020 Contact: 138th MSG/MSC, Tulsa ANG Base, OK 74115, POC MSgt Hugueley 138.fw.msc@us.af.mil Synopsis: Optimizing the Human Weapons System (OHWS). The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this service including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. Tulsa Air National Guard Base, Oklahoma intends to issue a solicitation and award of a contract for �Optimizing the Human Weapons System�.� This will consist of labor and services to provide physical therapy pre-habilitation services at the Tulsa ANG Base, OK. It will consist of injury prevention and mitigation services for Fighter Pilots in the 138th FW, Tulsa, OK.� Services may include but are not limited to labor, supervision, consultation and reports.� �The solicitation is currently planned to include a base year with two option years.� It is anticipated the solicitation will release on or around 30 July 2020. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 20 July 2020. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form included with notice and (3) A listing of contracts completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of service, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. The NAICS code is 621340 with a Small Business Size Standard of $8M. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
