Description

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Wallops Flight Facility (WFF) is issuing the following Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purchase of a S & C Band Telemetry Antenna System (see attached required specifications). This combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603, Streamlined solicitation for commercial items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� Any questions or comments regarding this solicitation shall cite the solicitation number and be directed to the Contract Specialist, Ms. Erin Kirchoff, at Erin.M.Kirchoff@nasa.gov. The Government will answer relevant and appropriate questions regarding this solicitation. Questions or comments should be submitted by 14:30 EST on June 26, 2020 in writing via email to allow for analysis and dissemination of responses in advance of the proposal due date. Oral questions will not be responded to and late questions or comments are not guaranteed a response prior to the bid receipt date. All questions or comments shall be directed to the Contract Specialist listed above. Interested businesses shall submit their quotation on the RFQ Standard Form (SF) 18, and provide all supporting documents, as necessary via email to the Contract Specialist listed above by the due date and time indicated in Block 10. � EVALUATION: The Government intends to use simplified acquisition procedures as defined in FAR 13.� The Government will evaluate price and other factors as defined in FAR 13.106.� Categories for evaluation are defined in the RFQ.� All quotes are required to include all shipping, handling at the time of submission.�� The Government anticipates issuing a single award from this RFQ. Vendors shall quote on all items/services listed in the solicitation. Additional information can be found in the document �RFQ Clauses� The item must meet or exceed the minimum required specifications as defined in the attached minimum technical requirements: See Attachment B for specifications. Technical acceptability shall be determined solely on the content and merit of the information submitted in response to this solicitation.
