- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� Synopsis is as follows.� A separate written solicitation M67400-20-Q-0002 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 01 Jul 2020. �The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06 and DPN 20200605. �DPAS Rating is DO-S10. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 541614. The Government�s requirements are for the procurement of Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC) Support Services on Camp Foster in Okinawa, Japan in support of III Marine Expeditionary Force (III MEF).� III Marine Expeditionary Force requires on-site support in the realm of oracle based system knowledge.� These support services are critical to the technical support of III MEF operations and communications including collaboration/command and control, readiness tracking, and user access within the GCSS-MC system. Base Year 0001: GCSS-MC Support Services --- 9 months 0002: Travel Option Year 1 thru Option Year 4 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001: GCSS-MC Support Services --- 12 months � 1002, 2002, 3002, and 4002: Travel � The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors (Technical Approach and Past Performance) considered.� Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition.� Responsible Offerors must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 unless you qualify under an exemption.� DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer.� The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when released, will be available electronically at the following web sites https://beta.sam.gov/ under solicitation M6740020Q0002. �The solicitation also may be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed.� Offers can be e-mailed to the Contracting Office, Marine Corps Installations Pacific (MCIPAC), Regional Contracting Office (RCO), MCB CAMP S.
