- Description
- The Army Contracting Command - Orlando (ACC-Orlando), in support of the U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), Project Manager Instrumentation, Targets, Threat Simulators and SOF Training Systems, hereby provides written notification that a Justification and Approval (J&A) was signed on 10 June 2020 to increase the contract ceiling of W900KK-14-D-0001 to $194,500,000.00, an increase of $13,500,000.00. This J&A, Control Number ACC ORL 20-010, was made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2), as implemented by FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency. Under this J&A, Raptor Training Services, LLC will continue to provide requirements analysis, prototyping, training, operations and rehearsal services. �The corresponding modification was executed in advance of the J&A getting approved IAW FAR 6.302-2(c)(1), as obtaining approval prior to award would have unreasonably delayed the acquisition. A redacted copy of this J&A has been attached to this announcement for reference.�
