The information provided may be used by the VA in developing its acquisition strategy. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government does not intend to pay for the information submitted in response to this RFI. Please see attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). It is requested that all companies interested in participating in this effort please note their interest and submit responses to the items listed below. If interested please provide the following: Please indicate whether you are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and if so under which North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code(s) are you considered a Small Business (as stated in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database). Provide any questions/concerns on the Draft PWS. A capability statement based on the requirements in the Draft PWS. Your capability statement shall also address the following questions: What is your specific pricing structure (i.e. Enterprise)? Are there additional charges to facilities/agencies receiving referrals? How will you integrate the software into VistA/CPRS? What type of help desk/customer service is provided, what is the availability (i.e. 24/7 or 8am-5pm), and speed of response? Does the software license allow for a set number of people to access the program or can unlimited staff access the program within the contracted site? Can the software be used in both the inpatient and outpatient settings? What are the specific types of reports built into the software and can there be requests for specific reports? Will the software allow for referrals to be made across all VA stations (i.e. referral from Las Vegas, NV to nursing home in Pensacola, FL) Does the software allow for real time communication between VA and the agency where referral was made (i.e. if the agency has specific questions about a Veteran that is not answered in the referral packet).  Also, would this type of communication provide a way for the Social Worker to notify all the agencies that a referral was accepted and replies are no longer needed?  Are there any geographic limitations of the software in making referrals? Can geographic preferences for locations be selected by users? What are your experiences with Government cloud requirements? Have you been able to receive Government approval to operate with sensitive data for your products in a cloud environment?
