- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY: This announcement is seeking information from industry, which will be used for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research to determine if there are a sufficient number of qualified and interested Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and/or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), capable of providing the required services, to warrant a solicitation set-aside in accordance with the requirements of Public Law 109-461. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veteran Benefits Administration, Central Office, 1800 G. St. NW, 20006, is seeking a qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) to provide Quality Assurance and Monitoring services of the VA s Centralized Intake Program. Please review the attached draft Performance Work Statement for additional details. Applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541611 (Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services), with a Small business size standard of $16.5 Million. Interested parties responding to this sources sought request shall submit the following information at a minimum: (1) Company name, address, DUNS Number, and point of contact with phone number, and e-mail address; (2) Type of business (i.e. Large Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business (SB), etc.) under NAICS 541611; (3) GSA Contract Number (if applicable to this requirement); (4) List of firm s experiences in work performed of similar type and scope to include projects in progress and completed within the past 3 years; (5) A positive statement of your firm s ability to meet the requirements of 13 CFR ยง 125.6, Limitations on Subcontracting; (6) A positive statement of your firm s intent to submit a proposal in response to a solicitation for this project; The response date to this Sources Sought notice is July 3, 2020, at 2:00 PM ET.
