- NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. -------- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a sole source effort to Armstrong Process Group Inc. (DBA Sparx North America). Quotes from other vendors will not be considered. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Also, in accordance with FAR 5.301(b)(6), a post award synopsis will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is FA6643-20-Q-0099, and the solicitation is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-01. (iv) The associated NAICS code is 541519 and small business size standard is $30M. �(v) A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure, (including option(s), if applicable): 0001 Sparx Client Access License (CAL) w/12month maintenance FFP 9 EA 0002 Sparx Model Flow (Proprietary Migration tool) FFP 1 EA 0003 Installation and Training as described in bid sheet 3 days/10 people (Virtual) FFP 1 LOT 0004 Support (Mentor) direct assistance migration as described in bid sheet 7 days (virtual) FFP 1 Lot �(vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB (destination) point: Required delivery is 30 days ARO, to DoDAAC F5BFSC.
