Remove trees and stumps. Install parking lot LED lighting. Compact subbase. Construct asphalt parking lot with 10� crushed stone and 3� asphalt. Restripe adjacent parking lot for traffic flow. Paint pavement markings on new lot. Install sidewalk. Grade and seed site.
