Advertisement ������������������������������������������������������������������������ GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: FL City: Key West Delineated Area: City limits of Key West Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,830 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,830 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 30 Parking Spaces (Surface): 10 Parking Spaces (Structured): 20 Parking Spaces (Reserved): N/A Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 3 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Key West, FL, that will be expiring 7/15/2021. The Government intends to negotiate a renewal lease for 9,830 ANSI BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet, 20 structured parking spaces, and 10 surface parking spaces based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will consider alternative space only if economical and other factors are supportive. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, costs likely to be incurred through relocating such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, non-productive agency downtime, occupancy schedule, and quality of space.
