- Network Contracting Office (NCO 2) is planning to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for Northport VA Medical Center,79 Middleville Road, Northport, NY 11768. The solicitation number for this RFQ is 36C24220Q0816. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 25, 2020, with an anticipated due date of July 2, 2020. The Period of Performance of the Base Year begins on or about 07/13/2020 through 07/12/2021 with four (4) one-year option periods.
