- This Award notification is updated with the following revised contract information as a result of corrective action taken by the Agency as a result of a protest. Army Contracting Command Orlando (ACC-ORL) along with Army National Guard Training Division (ARNG-TR) is pleased to announce the award of Exportable Combat Training Capability (XCTC), a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, W900K-20-D-0013 on 1 AUG 2020 to Valiant Global Defense Services, Inc., for the total contract ceiling amount of $555,000,000. The contract will have a five-year ordering period consisting of a one-year base, plus four (4) one (1) year option periods. The awarded contract shall provide a fully instrumented, highly realistic, and immersive training environment that enables Brigade Combat Teams (BCT) to meet Department of the Army training aim points in the sustainable readiness cycle. The end state for an XCTC training exercise is that an ARNG BCT either achieves or sustains training readiness in order to execute unified land operations and respond to domestic crisis. The contract will provide program management, planning, and technical support for the overall integration of the exercise support cell, instrumentation and communication, battlefield immersion, battlefield effects, and logistics support for each training event. The contract will also provide services to maintain the operational readiness and storage of Government Furnished Property.
