SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: Note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals; the 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, NE, is seeking information for market research purposes only. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. � If your organization has the potential/interest to provide the items listed below, please provide the information requested. This requirement is for one (1) Radome used to protect the Single-Channel Anti-Jam Manportable (SCAMP) terminal equipment. This Radome is made from material transparent to radio waves allowing communication with satellite and/or aircraft. See attached Statement of Need (SON) for more details. The intent is for a�local-area set-aside. Offutt AFB�s local area involves the geographical area of Omaha, NE, Des Moines, IA, and Kansas City, MO. The designated NAICS Code is 334220 and a Size Standard of 1,250 employees. Please note NAICS and Size Standard are subject to change. Your response shall include the following information: Size of company Location, if you are not within the local area Socioeconomic concern (e.g., 8(a), HUBZONE, WOSB, Veteran Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, etc.) Whether or not your company is SAM.gov registered Capability Statement Contact Info General idea of estimated delivery from date of award Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that businesses responding to this Sources Sought articulate their capabilities and location�clearly and adequately.� The information should be sent to 55 CONS preferably via e-mail to yolanda.jackson.7@us.af.mil by 1000 Central Standard Time on 1 July 2020.
