- This Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Water Mission Area (WMA) has requirement of Laser Ionization Breakdown Spectrometer in accordance with the attached Specifications. The solicitation number is 140G0220Q0132 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The policies contained in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, shall be used for this acquisition. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 334513 Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables, associated with small business size standard in number of 750 employees.
