- Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic), Code 22130, intends to award this requirement as an 8(a) set-aside to Chugach Information Technology, on a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to consist of the efforts required to provide engineering and drawing support services required in support of Surveillance Towed Array Sensor System (SURTASS), Planning Engineering for Repair & Alteration (PERA) for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case JA-P-CSF for Japan in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Work will not be performed in Afghanistan. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No electronic or hard copy Request for Quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. This action is conducted under FAR Part 13. The applicable NAICS code for this effort is 541330 with a size standard of $38.5M. All interested 8(a) companies must be registered with e- Commerce as their will be no separate solicitation/PWS issued other than this posting. All interested 8(a) companies must be current with their registration in System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) at time of quote submission and provide their current cage code on the quote. All interested 8(a) companies must be in full compliance and provide all information requested/required outlined in the attached PWS. All correspondence shall be done in writing via email. No phone calls will be accepted or returned with regard to this solicitation.
