Description: RCO Bavaria intends to issue a solicitation to award a commercial, single award, Time&Material, Requirements Type contract for USAG Wiesbaden for maintenance and repair services of Government owned Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV), attachments and associated trailers. The Government shall not exercise supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.� Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.�The estimated quantities which may be ordered against the resulting contract may vary in practice, and are not guaranteed quantities/amounts.��
