Description

Under the authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to the Original Equipment Manufacturer, Kelvin International Corporation as the only one responsible source capable of fulfilling annual, on-site preventive maintenance and repair services for two (2) High Pressure Nitrogen Trailers.
