Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is conducting market research to identify potential sources and other procurement details to see if there is an interest in the following Construction requirement CSS# 7496, Repair Gutters, Fascia, Downspouts and Ridge Cap located at Gen Charles C Rogers United States Army Reserve Center (USARC), 100 Military Drive, Charleston WV, 25309-8246 in support of the 99th Readiness Division (RD).� Please see details below for more information.� If interested, please provide a Capability Statement.� Please note that site visits are NOT being conducted at this time. Location:� Gen Charles C Rogers USARC, 100 Military Drive, Charleston WV, 25309-8246 NAICS Code:� 238190 � Other Foundation, Structure, and Building Exterior Contractors�� Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and shall not be misconstrued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) nor does it constitute a commitment to the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.� Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. The nature of these services include contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision and technical expertise to perform requirements in accordance with the specifications and allotted period of performance described in this Specifications Of Work (SOW), attached. Responses should address the following items: (1) Provide a capability statement for the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. (2) What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirement? (3) Does your organization plan to utilize subcontracting or teaming arrangements in order to perform the tasks of this requirement?
