- The following is a Sources Sought/Request for Information notice. This posted notice is not a Pre- Solicitation or Solicitation document. The government is not currently soliciting bids, quotes or proposals at this time; however, reserves the right to do so at a later date. Background The Cape May County CBOC, Cape May, NJ has a requirement for nine (9) Sit-Stand Computer Workstations. This is a brand-name or equal requirement. The brand name reference is Ergotron WorkFit-C Single LD Sit Stand Workstation. With the activation of the new Community Based Outpatient Center (CBOC) at the Cape May County Rio Grande Mall, the workstations are needed to support the administrative actions of Providers within the new exam rooms. The building has a tentative opening of September 2020; with an equipment delivery date no later than August 31, 2020 on all items. Salient Characteristics Up to 24"" Screen Support Up to 25 lb. Lift: 25 Tilt: 30º Rotation: 360º VESA: MIS-D/E/F Warranty: 5 years Scope of Work The vendor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described herein. The Cape May CBOC shall use the vendor s full shipping capabilities, which will include delivery, unboxing, and setup of the mobile workstations directly to the exam rooms. If there are any delays in construction, the contractor shall hold the equipment. Delivery Delivery shall be coordinated with the Technical Point of Contact. Delivery is required 30 days ARO, FOB Destination to the following: VA Cape May County Clinic Cape May County Rio Mall 3801 U.S. 9, South Rio Grande, NJ 08242 Gray Market Language (a) No used, refurbished, or remanufactured supplies or equipment/parts shall be provided. This procurement is for new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) items only. No gray market items shall be provided. Gray market items are OEM goods intentionally or unintentionally sold outside an authorized sales territory or sold by non-authorized dealers in an authorized sales territory. (b) No counterfeit supplies or equipment/parts shall be provided. Counterfeit items include unlawful or unauthorized reproductions, substitutions, or alterations that have been mismarked, misidentified, or otherwise misrepresented to be an authentic, unmodified item from the original manufacturer, or a source with the express written authority of the original manufacturer or current design activity, including an authorized aftermarket manufacturer. Unlawful or unauthorized substitutions include used items represented as new, or the false identification of grade, serial number, lot number, date code, or performance characteristics. (c) Vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM or by an intermediary distributor authorized by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the equipment/system shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions.
