Description

Purchase and installation of one (1) Sub- RADC, two (2) RIOX Boards, and eighteen (18) PIR�s are required in an open storage area of Collins Hall in order to bring it into compliance with Defense Information Security Agency�s Security Technical Implement Guides (DISA STIGS) and Army Regulation 380-5. IAW United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM), United States Army North (USARNORTH), United States Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA), and local Force Protection (FP) plans, activities are required to implement site-specific security measures. IAW AR/DA Pam 190-51 Collins Hall is designated as a Risk Level II asset and as Mission Essential Vulnerable Areas (MEVA). The Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection Systems (ICIDS) are part of the overall Electronic Security System (ESS) which is part of the overall security in depth of both Collins Hall located at the United States Army War College (USAWC) and United States Army Garrison Carlisle Barracks in Carlisle, PA. �The period of performance is July 1, 2020 through July 15, 2020.
