Description

The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Technology Application Contracting Office (TAKO) intends to procure PRC163 Radio Mounts and related services using a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. �The proposed source is Fulcrum Concepts, LLC, 1776 Patriot Way, Mattaponi, VA 23110. The associated NAICS code is 336413.� The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of the FAR 13-106. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all capabilities statements or proposals received within the closing date set in this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. �Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All interested, capable, and responsible sources that would like to respond to this pre-solicitation synopsis are encouraged to provide a statement of interest along with supporting documentation to michael.j.wastella.civ@mail.mil no later than 11:00 am Eastern Time on 08 July 2020.� �
