General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:� CA City:� San Francisco Delineated Area:� North Boundary: Drumm St., South Boundary: Battery St., East Boundary: Sacramento St., West Boundary: Jackson St. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 0 Space Type:� Parking Parking Spaces (Total):� 133 Parking Spaces (Surface):� 0 Parking Spaces (Structured):� 133 Parking Spaces (Reserved):� 133 Full Term:� 10 Years = 120 Months Firm Term: 0 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements:� Parking must be secured, fenced-in, and contiguous space Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. ************************************************************************************************ The U.S. Government currently occupies 133 structured/inside reserved, secured, fenced-in parking spaces on two (2) levels of contiguous space under a lease in San Francisco, CA 94111, that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
