Description

2020 Fire Cache Structural Tent Rental� - This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as suplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� Solicitation 12837120Q0133 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).� This procurement is being issued as a100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE, North American Industrial Clasification Standare (NAICS) 532289.� Size Standard�of $7.5 Million.� This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation Circular 2019-02.� The result of this requirement will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.� The right to make multiple or no award in reserved in the event it is advandageous to the Government to do so.� The contractor shall provide pricing in accordance with the following line item table and item specification. Specifications: 1 Each Structual Tent Square Tube 120' x 100' which includes delivery and installation and tear down and pick up. Delivery/Installation as soon as possible after receipt of award to: Gila National Forest, Silver City Fire Cache, Attn: Dottie Clark, 158 Airport Road, Hurley, NM� 88043 Any questions pertaining to this acquisition shall be submitted email to: geraldine.carrasco@usda.gov prior to June 13, 2020 10:00 A.M.
