Description

Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with NicheVision Forensics LLC, 526 S. Main Street, Suite 714G, Akron, OH 44311. The NAICS code is 511210, and the requirement is for the following items: 1 Each � PACE User License 1 Each � PACE Annual Support 1 Each � DBLR User License The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), NicheVision Forensics LLC is the exclusive US distributor and manufacturer for the DBLR and PACE software. �The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12.� THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.� If no affirmative written responses are received by 7:00am EST on 1 July 2020, an award will be made without further notice. �Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.� A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
