Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Office of Acquisition on behalf of its Office of Quality Operations intends to award a sole source contract for OCIS2 sensor system annual preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, a loaner sensor system, and software upgrades.� The Government intends to award a sole source contract utilizing �Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements� IAW FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). The Period of Performance is two (2) months. The places of performance are Fort Worth Texas, and Washington DC.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The solicitation will not be posted. To be considered, responses must be received NO LATER THAN 1:00PM, DAYLIGHT STANDARD TIME, June 30, 2020. Additionally, interested sources must be registered and currently active in the System for Award Management (SAM), found at https://www.sam.gov. Responses MUST be submitted within the closing date/time of publication of this notice.
