- SOURCES SOUGHT:� �THIS NOTICE IS MARKET RESEARCH TO SUPPORT INCLUSION OF A SOLE SOURCE (BRAND NAME) SPECIFICATION IN A FY20 CONSTRUCTION PROJECT � EIE443,COAL HANDLING PROCESSING PLANT (CHPP) BOILERS, REPLACE #1 and #2 TURBINE GENERATORS WITH A NEW 10MW EXTRACTING STAGE STEAM TURGINE GENERATOR, �RESPECTIVELY, TO BE PERFORMED AT EIELSON AFB, ALASKA - AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. �The U.S. Army Engineer District, Alaska intends to specify the below listed items as part of DBB construction contract to be executed on Eielson AFB, Alaska.� A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement, for the specific items listed below, based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. �Reference FAR 6.302-1(c), �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements - Application for brand name descriptions.� Items: Governor � Wooodward 505XT Electronic Steam Turbine Governor with Extraction control. Automatic Voltage Regulator - Basler Model DECS-200 Machine Monitor Bently Nevada 3500 System Fisher 2-way control valves Models EZ or ED Actuators: Direct or Reverse Acting Pneumatic Actuators, Models 657 or 667. Positioners: - Pneumatic Single-Acting Positioner, Model 3582. Controllers, Pneumatic Controllers, Model 4194 or 4195 , Pneumatic Liquid Level Controller, Model 249 Signal Transmitters - Rosemount Model 3051 In�line Pressure Transmitter. � THIS NOTICE IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE AND NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.� A solicitation will be available on or about the end of June 2020. Vendors who offer the above items which can meet all of the above functional criteria are invited to respond to this notice. �Responses must include the following information: Identification of the manufacturer�s name, address, and country of product manufacture. Fully detailed specification sheets. Narrative addressing how your product meets the salient features listed above.
