Description

STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR SUPPLIES PURPOSE.� This requirement is for the procurement of an Optical Measurement & Inspection System (OMIS) utilizing an Advanced Topometric Optical Sensor (ATOS 5), a structured blue light scanner. 2. SCOPE OF WORK.� The contractor shall provide all materials and support necessary to meet the required specifications for Blue Light Technology.� 3. DELIVERY LOCATION AND DELIVERY DATE.� This equipment shall be delivered to the Illinois Air National Guard Warehouse, Building P-15, located at 3101 J David Jones Parkway, Springfield, Illinois 62707-5001 not later than 31 December 2020.� 4. QUANTITY REQUIRED:� 1 each. 5. SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED. 5.1 SCANNING SYSTEM: �Scan Speed: Less than 0.5 Seconds �Camera Rate: Minimum of 100 Frames Per Second �Light Source: Single LED 600-700 Watts Blue Light Equalizer � Uniform non-coherent speckle-free light Working Distance: 500-550mm Fiber Optic Connectivity: Minimum 10 GigE Data Link TripleScan Capability Active Sensor Temperature Management System Automatic Measuring Volume Recognition Active Sensor Temperature Management System Automatic Measuring Volume Recognition Airfoil Inspection Software Module with Gradient Tolerance Zone Capability Must be able to perform 3D scanning 5.2 CASE: Must be hard shell portable case to allow for transport/travel. 5.3 RACK AND SUPPORT SYSTEM: Must include a stand with a motorized rotating table. Must be able to support at least 200 lbs. Camera stand needs to have a 7-10 ft. vertical arm from and a horizontal arm that is 3 - 7 feet in length. Must have articulating head. 5.4 SOFTWARE and SUPPORT: Must include all software required to use measurement tool and on-site training 5.5. Suggested Product:� ATOS 5 (12M) WITH 7820 RACKMOUNT.� Product specifications required with quote/prosal. END
