Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6.� The solicitation number is 1282FT20R0027.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The proposed contract is set aside 100% for small business concerns.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333921, size standard is 1000 employees. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for inspections, maintenance service, and monitoring of elevators at the Forest Service Fort Collins Headquarters and Laboratory buildings in Fort Collins, Colorado.� The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to maintain the complete system in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation of the complete system.� Please see the attached solicitation for the specifications required for this project. Offorors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database with a DUNS number in order to participate in this procurement.� For instructions on registering with the SAM, please visit the website for SAM at http://www.sam.gov. Offorors must be registered in the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) to submit invoices to the US Forest Service.� For instructions on registering with IPP, please visit the IPP website at http://www.ipp.gov.
