This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared for the purchase of Technical Surveillance Countermeasure services for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Headquarters (HQ) Office, Washington, D.C., in accordance with the format in Supart 12.6, ""Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,"" and FAR Part 13.5, ""Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items"" as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and the Statement of Work (Attachment 3). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please review all attachments in their entirety and respond accordingly. Amendment 0001 to 50310220Q0059: The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Solicitation 50310220Q0059 is to: 1. Extend the due date and time for Quotes to Monday, June 29, 2020; 12Noon PM, EST. 2. Extend the due date and time for Questions concerning Solicitation 50310220Q0059 to Wednesday, June 24,� 2020; 12Noon PM, EST. 3. Provide responses to vendors questions on U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Technical Surveillance Countermeasures requirement. See attachment Question and Answers, dated 6/19/2020. 4. Revisions and additional attachments to Solicitation 50310220Q0059 are also included in this amendment. Please review all revisions and attachments in their entirety and respond accordingly.
