- 19 June 2020 - Amendment 1 - Summary of Changes The Q&A for this Solicitation was posted on 19 June 2020. Additionally, Amendment 1 of RFQ FA558720Q0014 was issued on 19 June 2020 to reflect the following: 1. Performance Work Statement (PWS): a. Section 1.0 para 4 (page 3) added sentence fuel delivery across 3 bases. b. Section 4.4 Page 11 and 12 added detail to hours of operation OT and outside standard hours. c. Section 5.1.5.5. Table Page 22 item 2 and 3 Delivery method updated to Uploaded in STAR. d. Appendix B, last page added tank MI-2774-1-AST. e. Section 1.1 (page 3) updated Lakenheath and Feltwell tank numbers in table f. Appendix A, figures updated to represent full requirement 2. Appendix B: a. Revised list added 3. Attachment B, Price Schedule: a. Changes were made to reflect the quantity changes outlined in the PWS. I.e. Number of units for RAFL increased from 500 to 1000 for CLINS 0001A, 0002A, and subsequent option periods. Tank quantities for CLINS 0004A, 0005A, 0006A and subsequent option periods were also updated to reflect revised 146 tank requirement. 4. Solicitation: a. CLINs were updated to reflect changes to PWS and Price Schedule. Note: Ensure quotation includes evidence of Amendment 1. The closing date has not been extended. Quotations must be received no later than 2:00PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), 7 July 2020 via email to the 48th Contracting Squadron, Jennifer Brantley at jennifer.brantley.3@us.af.mil and Ryan Schneider at ryan.schneider.6@us.af.mil. Initial Solicitation Post This solicitation for services encompasses the full range of methods, technologies, and supporting activities necessary for the Contractor, as the designated tank custodian, to maintain compliance with requirements of United States Air Force Instruction (AFI) 23-204 Organizational Fuel Tanks (OFT) and AFI 32-7044 Storage Tank Management for the oversight of tank fuel levels, fuel deliveries, tank inspections, and tank testing as outlined in the PWS. The Contractor shall furnish the personnel, services, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, facilities, supervision and other requirements necessary for, or incidental to, the performance of work set forth herein. The Contractor shall be immediately capable of addressing and interpreting all aspects of host nation (HN) health and safety and environmental law or regulation. Place of Contract Performance:�USVF locations to include Royal Air Force (RAF) Lakenheath, Feltwell, and Mildenhall.� Due Dates: Questions are due 18 June 2020.� Responses are due 7 July 2020 at 2:00 pm GMT.��
