- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER� Army Contracting Command APG, Tobyhanna Division intends to award a sole source purchase order for: OSCILLATOR The Primary user is the United States Army. Description: OSCILLATOR �PN: 210232:5N884 MICROSEMI CORP 100 WATTS STREET MOUNT HOLLY SPRINGS PA 17065 This is a commercial part to MICROSEMI CORP.����� No drawings are available at this time and MICROSEMI CORP will not release the necessary drawings. The Government intends to acquire this supply under the guidelines of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures and FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate directly with MICROSEMI CORP �Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes. However, if any interested party that can provide this product, without compromising manufacturing delivery, warranty or mark ups, you may submit a statement of capabilities that may be considered by Tobyhanna Army Depot. A statement of capabilities must include the details of the materials, including manufacture authorization, OEM warranty agreement and a price list. These requirements shall be received by 4:00pm EST on June 29, 2020. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is based upon responses to this notice and it is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Evidence must be provided of the required system while also be authorized by the manufacturer. The capability statement, a price list and any other information furnished must be via email and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the Government to determine if the party can meet the requirements. Capability statements and related materials must be e-mailed to Melissa Hoffman at Melissa.hoffman4.civ@mail.mil by 4:00pm EST on June 29, 2020.
