The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. This is for market research purposes only. Do not include pricing information; it will not be evaluated. The Government will not pay for any information submitted under this notice. This notice is to assist the VA in the determination of sources only. A solicitation is not currently available. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice are not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs has a future requirement for Virtual Pharmacy Services at the Black Hills VA Health CARE System (VABHHCS) located in 113 Comanche Road; Fort Meade, SD 57741 or Hot Springs Campus; 500 N. 5th Street; Hot Springs, SD. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621999 Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services (Size Standard: $16.5 million). The Government contemplates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from the future solicitation. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and technical capability of potential sources for this requirement. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel to provide services necessary to perform remote Virtual Pharmacy to eligible beneficiaries of the VABHHCS. Standard hours will be 5:15 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday, and from 3:30pm 7:30am on weekends and federal holidays. Work is anticipated to 2000 prescriptions finished per month. The VA seeks to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (HUBZone, 8(a), small, small disadvantaged or service-disabled veteran owned small business) relative to NAICS Code 621999. Responses to this Sources Sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions and developing a potential procurement strategy. After review of responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published in the FedBizOpps website. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. All interested offerors will have to respond directly to any corresponding solicitation by submitting a proposal. Interested parties should download and complete the market research questionnaire. The response end date for the market research questionnaire is 5 PM CST, June 29, 2020. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone request or written requests for the PWS will be accepted.
