- The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify Indian Economic Enterprises as defined in 25 U.S.C. � 47 and other Small Businesses having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for: Service, Support, and Maintenance Services for Philips Imaging Systems. Refer to attached Statement of Work for required services. Services will be performed at: (1) Quentin N. Burdick Memorial Health Care Facility, Belcourt, North Dakota, (2) Standing Rock IHS Hospital, Fort Yates, North Dakota, and (3) Pine Ridge IHS Hospital, Pine Ridge, South Dakota. Period of performance will be: (A) Base Year is from Date of Award through December 31, 2020 for items (1) and (2); (B) Option Year One is from January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021 for items (1) and (2); and (C) Option Year Two is from January 1, 2022 through December 21, 2022 for items (1), (2), and (3). The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and the Classification Code assigned is J065 Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment: Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This is a request for capability information and does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Federal Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability, and 3) Past Performance Information using the attached Past Performance Questionnaire. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE under 25 U.S.C. � 47, Buy-Indian Act, OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION OR OTHER SET-ASIDE. IHS anticipates a firm fixed-price contract awarded on an all-or-none basis. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
