- The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial Firm-Fixed- Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Advanced Dicing Technologies (ADT). The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001: AR927-0000-000-00 - Water Recycle System QTY: 1 ITEM 0002: 00927-0923-000-00 - DI-Water External Module QTY: 1 ITEM 0003: 00927-0927-000-00 - Built in Chiller module & temp control (50/60HZ) QTY: 1 ITEM 0004: 23100-0017-001 - Membrane - Ultra Filtration Elements Filtration Elements QTY: 2 ITEM 0005: 00927-0902-001-00 - Washable Slurry Bags 1 Micron QTY: 10 The above supplies are part of ADTs water recycling system. ADTs system will interface with an ADT system already in use by the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 333318 and the business size standard is 1,000 number of employees. The point of contact for this announcement is Ruben Martinez at ruben.martinez@navy.mil.
