- ITEM DESCRIPTIO Scrap tires� (vehicle and/or�aircraft) located at or near Anchorage, Alaska. Generally, scrap material sourced to the resulting contract(s) is considered safe to sell and have� no additional restrictions by this Agency. The scrap material issued under this contract shall be�assigned a Demilitarization Code of A and B and will be categorized into the SCL(s) listed below.� Over the duration of the base period the Government guarantees to issue the Purchaser a minimum� total weight equal to the Total QTY identified per SCL specified below, subject to variations as� authorized by SBR Part 4, Article 5. Table 1 provides specific information for the location, material and quantity.
