- Amendment P0001 is issued to provide instructions to Contractors in regards to the site visit. All Contractors must contact the CO, Beth Wilson via email at bwilson@usgs.gov to setup a time due to COVID and building occupancy. Site visit is still scheduled for June 23, 2020 but time may vary. This combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of Interior(DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for a REVERSE OSMOSIS MACHINE WITH INSTALLATION in accordance with the attached solicitation. The solicitation number is 140G0220Q0150 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The policies contained in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in Part 13, as appropriate, shall be used for this acquisition. This is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The associated NAICS Code is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractors. A copy of this solicitation may be accessed by clicking on the ""Attachments/Links"" All requirements for preparation, submission, and receipt of quotes are contained in this solicitation and shall be adhered to. There will be an organized site visit on June 23, 2020 at 10:00 AM. All questions and quotes shall be submitted via email to Beth Wilson at bwilson@usgs.gov.
