- 1. Military Sealift Command (MSC Norfolk) has a requirement for the USNS WALTER S. DIEHL (T-AO 193) FY 21 Mid-Term Availability (MTA). Please see attached Solicitation and supporting documents. 2.�USNS WALTER S. DIEHL Solicitation N3220520R4002 Amendment 0001 is being incorporated for the following reasons: �����1. Changed the MTA duration from 50 calendar days to 64. ���� 2. Incorporated twenty-eight (28) answered RFCs. ���� 3. Incorporated revised Work Items 0010, 0011, 0103, 0107, 0115, 0202, 0206, 0453, 0506, and 0567. Please see attached Amended Solicitation N3220520R4002-0001. 3. USNS WALTER S. DIEHL Solicitation N3220520R4002 Amendment 0002 is being incorporated for the following reasons: ���� 1. Incorporated the following RFCs: 029-041. ���� 2. Extended Solicitation closing date to 12PM, June 23, 2020, EST. ���� 3. Extended RFC due date to 1700 hours June 3, 2020 EST. Please see attached Solicitation Amendment N3220520R4002-0002. 4. USNS WALTER S. DIEHL Solicitation N3220520R4002 Amendment 0003 is being incorporated for the following reasons: ���� 1. Added ODC Cost in Item 0002, Section B of the Solicitation. ���� 2. Incorporated RFCs 042 -048 and their associated supporting documents. Please see attached Amended Solicitation N3220520R4002-0003. 5. USNS WALTER S. DIEHL Solicitation N3220520R4002 Amendment 0004 is being incorporated for the following reasons: ���� 1. To extend the Solicitation closing date to 12PM on June 26, 2020 EST. ���� 2. To add CLIN 0007 for WI 026 (CAT B) which was not included in the previous amendment (Amendment 0003). ���� 3. To revise Proposal Submission Requirement to allow for digital porposal via DoD SAFE or email without the submission of paper proposal. ���� 4. To revise J&A to add MAN ES in para. 5a as OEM in partnership with Fairbanks Morse. Please see amended Solicitation 0004 and revised J&A.
