Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), located at the Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD intends to issue a Task order/Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0042119G0006 under Statue Authority Permitting other than Full and Open Competition: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and in accordance with Class Justification and Approval Ser:� CJ&A 19-0390.� This statement of Work (SOW) is to procure the CH-47F Transportable Flight Proficiency Simulator (TFPS) Program Ft. Riley Visual Database and associated integration support services and requisite system hardware for installation and integration on a number of CH-47F TFPS assets. THIS REQUIREMENT IS ADVERTISED AS SOLE SOURCE.� THE NOTICE IS PUBLISHED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETETIVE PROPOSALS.� This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, �Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. �A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for or award a contract, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. NOTE: In accordance with FAR 52.204-7and DFARS 252.207-7004 Alt A, prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award.
