Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground on behalf of Project Manager Integrated Vision Augmentation System (PM IVAS), intends to award a ceiling increase under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Award will be given to Applied Research Associates, Inc., 4300 SAN MATEO BLVD NE STE A-220 ALBUQUERQUE NM 87110-1295.� The proposed modification will be to increase the�level of support�of up to three (3) full time software engineers or an additional one and half (1.5) man-years of support for the remainder of this option year, using existing labor descriptions and requirements on a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Term (CPFF) under the existing contract, W91CRB-19-C-0006, for a period of 6 months.� No further similar acquisitions are anticipated. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability with regard to this requirement no later than 12:00 P.M. EST,�29 August 2020. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be IN WRITING and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses may be submitted via e-mail if the total file size is less than 5MB.
