Description: This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside to provide structural fabrication of steel structures called slot liners and slot fillers. Slot liners are vertical welded structures installed inside lock walls that allow temporary damming structures to be placed across the lock chamber. Slot fillers are box-like welded steel structures that are filled with concrete and are placed in the opening of the slot liners during normal lock operations. in accordance with the attached scope of work.
