- Description
- This purpose of this contract is to provide services to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCDD) in modeling & simulation (M&S) and mission engineering and mission analysis (ME&A) to look at complex engineering and analytical problems with a mission-first perspective to assess the impacts of or on a particular system.� Focus will be on providing technical insights to the Fleet, operational insights to the technical community, and quality analytical products to primary Navy decision makers at all levels.� This support includes modeling, simulation, analysis, and architecture development to provide technical and operational insights for the employment of developmental technologies and mission level assessment and evaluation.� Support will include the development of high quality analytical products using a multitude of event-driven and agent-based modeling and simulation tools.� Tasking under this effort will also address broader issues facing the Fleet at-large including evaluations of future force structures and ship classes using a combination of analytical processes and agent-based tools, including analysis of alternatives and support to future shipbuilding pans.� Support will also include programmatic support for these efforts.�
